POLICIES
Please can all my clients read through the important information below, to understand and consider before booking.
Unfortunately, I do not accept clients under the age of 16 for beauty treatments. This is a legal requirement as my insurance does not cover.
All new clients are required to pay the first appointment in full at time of booking. Your appointment is not guaranteed until this has been received and confirmation has been sent to you.
To avoid any cancellation fee I will require 48hrs notice of cancellation.
Please note; throughout December all cancellation fees will be 100% of treatment price, so payment will be required upfront for all appointments booked in December. Please do not book prime slots unless you know with utmost certainty that you can make them.
It is important to arrive promptly, as lateness may prevent your treatment from taking place and/or impact your booking. You will however, still be charged the full price of treatment(s) booked.
If you are paying for your treatment with a gift voucher please make it known at point of booking, as this will act as your deposit and will be lost in it’s entirety if you fail to turn up or cancel within 48 hours. If the treatment booked exceeds the price of gift voucher you will be required to pay the remaining balance at point of booking.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only. Please be sure to book your appointment well in advance of expiry date as an appointment slot cannot be guaranteed if you wait until the last minute.
However, if you won your gift voucher in a raffle the expiry date will be within 3 months. So again, please be sure to book well in advance and please note raffle prizes are not accepted throughout December and bear no monetary value (so cannot be used to purchase products and are not allowed in any circumstance to be sold for your own monetary gain!)
You are required to fill in a detailed record card stating any medication you may be taking regularly. A GDPR policy is in place and you will be required to sign an agreement form every year.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments for all new clients, or clients who haven’t been for treatments in 6 months. Please do not ask if this can be ignored as the answer is no! This is a stipulation for my insurance.
Payment is by cash or bank transfer; please bring your banking app with you!
